Orders of $50 or more require a 50% deposit at dropoff. This deposit is credited to your final bill at pickup. All payments must be rendered in full before items can be released back to the client.

Come by our Clarkesville, GA shop with your garment(s) and everything you plan to wear the day of. This includes shoes, shapewear, underwear, layers, or anything else that may change how your garment(s) fits.

You will try on your garment(s) and we will discuss your concerns and expectations. From there, I will pin the items to mark exactly what needs to be done and take notes on our discussion.

Most everyday alterations (like pants hemming or seam repairs) only require a single fitting, if any! For complex garments like formalwear or major structural resizes, an additional fitting may be needed to ensure a perfect fit. We do our best to communicate the expected number of fittings at dropoff.

Customers will be notified of items ready for pickup on a weekly basis.

Items are held for 30 days after notification of completion. After 30 days, a $15 storage fee applies for every week items remain.

After 90 days items will be donated to a local charity.

Short answer is… maybe! I repair mechanical, non-computerized sewing machines. If you’re having an issue with your sewing machine or project, come by the shop and I’ll take a look at no charge.

General cleaning and lubrication starts at $80. Quick fixes (15 minutes or less) are free!

We are always happy to accept donations for sewing and craft supplies in good condition with no odors or stains. Donated items will be shared with other artists and crafters in the community and never resold for profit.

Sewing machines in any condition, working or not, are also accepted!
